Boosting self-esteem after the death of a child
"There's no tragedy like the death of a child. Things never get back to the way they were." ~ Dwight D. Eisenhower on the death of his first son
Self-esteem does suffer when we lose a loved child. We wonder why we couldn't protect and keep our child from harm. How could we let someone we love leave us? How do we get out of bed each morning? Some of us don't even care to live anymore.
I have a series of radio segments at BlogTalkRadio. The most recent is Building Self-esteem After the Death of A Child. Listen to it, and the others, as you are able. Let me know your thoughts.

Together, we remember, learn to cope, and heal. Together, we make the rocky journey.
